Condominiums on Bat-Galim, Sea Shore Promenade in – Haifa
A four stories, 15 studio apartment’s structure, on the sea shore promenade of Bat-Galim neighborhood.
An existing unstable old structure was replaced by new one. The front lower part with four apartments restores the volume of the old structure along the shore line. The back one with 11 apartments is taller.
The entire project enjoys generous balconies and view to the sea.
