Project Description

Infill of urban vacuum in old part of Haifa, caused by years of deterioration of former central urban fabric.

Building plan proposes to adopt old urban fabric characteristics, including volumes and architectural vocabulary. Consists of 80 flats, including several lofts for mixed use, with two stories of underground parking.
