Haifa down town experiences a renewal process. The actual site location is in the fringes of the arising zone.
Many years back, an entrepreneur started to build a project in Ein-Dor st’ in Haifa down town and managed to build a structure of 4 underground floors and concrete structure for 4 above ground floors, before he stopped due to economical crises.
The current entrepreneur proposes new plan to continue building of additional 12 floors for 156 small dwelling units – for young population, on top of 2 commercial floors at street level, 2 offices floors, and reusing the 4 underground car parking floors. All to stimulated the urban renewal process.
