The building is a 13 story structure, bordering on a large park on its southern side, a residential neighborhood on its northern side and an existing senior citizens’ club on its west, overlooks natural landscape toward east.
The structure includes 100 small dwelling units for old independent couples and singles, with all the necessary amenities and services such as 24- hour on duty nurses, security, club activities, dining hall, laundry etc.
The structure was designed with large entrance courtyard for outdoor recreation, shaped to reveal the view from the adjacent public park.
The planning also focused on the ease of orientation and accessibility for its tenants.
