YAD LEBANIM – NEW DEVELOPMENT

Proposal for a development project, for 160 dwelling units and infrastructure in Haifa.
Building plan on a sloped site on Mount Carmel overlooking Haifa Bay, includes a mixture of building types including: detached and semi-detached houses, terrace apartments and apartment buildings and commercial front.
One of the project goals was to strengthen the deteriorated adjacent neighborhoods.
